Job Title: Senior Systems Analyst
Location: Sunnyvale, CA and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Duties:
Requirement gathering for functional enhancement of Compliance Management – SPL Screening, Legal Control for Import and Export, Embargo Control and Risk Management processes in SAP GTS computer system.
Defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
Conducting interviews to gather requirements from Process owners, Subject Matter Experts, Technical Consultants, Project Coordinators, Project Management Office representatives.
Evaluating requests for a new or modified SAP program, compatibility with current SAP system and computer capabilities.
Analyzing, reviewing and altering programs to increase operating efficiency or adapting to new requirements.
Identifying offerings for new SAP GTS services and ideas and assisting with the development of these capabilities.
Analyzing Trade Compliance and Declarations, data flow and business process flow.
Identifying inter-dependencies between data elements in SAP ERP, SAP System, non-SAP Systems and SAP GTS.
Providing functional specifications for Technical Developers in design and development of forms, input templates and reports.
Interfacing with project management, business and technical users for scoping, requirements gathering, and analysis and issues resolution.
Documenting functional requirements for development of integrated solution in SAP.
Leading definition and development of best practice in the area of SAP GTS computer system.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related field, and 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the job offered or in SAP implementation required. The required experience must be in SAP implementation.
